It takes a lot to keep us flying; great weather, awesome clients, amazing photographers and a few behind the scenes people. We are excited to profile a few of these people over the next few months. Starting with Lynse who keeps us all in line by answering phones, taking care of paperwork and keeping our spending in order. “No…you can not buy a plane.” Here is a little about our amazing Ground Control.
Explain your role at Aerial Innovations.
I am the Office Manager here at Aerial (AKA-Ground Control). In a nutshell I support the ownership and staff in order to allow the sales, management and photography teams to concentrate on their strengths and assist in growing the business.
What is most fascinating about working for Aerial Innovations?
Tough one… I have to say, seeing a project come to life after watching it grow over time FROM THE SKY!!
What about your job makes you want jump out of bed?
My boss and our team! This is the first place I have ever worked where I truly feel appreciated and know that my boss wants to assist in helping us be the best we can be.

What is your favorite part about your specific role with Aerial Innovations?
Building client relationships, they are the foundation of any business. I take great pride in cultivating new and existing relationships.

I work with intelligent, fun loving & passionate people. We all support each other both personally & professionally and push each other to be our best. What more could you ask for?
What are you passionate about outside of work?
My daughter, she is my world & I love watching her grow. As well as horses in general and horseback riding. I ride for relaxation and peace of mind, horses have always had a way of calming me down.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10? Professionally & otherwise!
Professionally – HERE! I have every intention of building a career here. I am driven to be the best at what I do and want to continue to develop my skills, take on interesting projects, and work with people I can really learn from. Ultimately, I would like to assume more management responsibilities and get involved in every aspect of the business to help us keep growing and expanding!!
Personally – to be the best Mom I can be and continue working hard to assist her father in giving her everything we didn’t have and more. We hope to buy land in the next few years and raise our daughter on a farm surrounded with lots of animals and a whole lot of love!!
