Working with family is a topic that most people feel strongly about, either for or against. At Aerial Innovations of TN & KY, we have 3 generations employed in our small, blue office in East Nashville. Flight Commander, Wendy Whittemore has her mother, Bonnie, employed as the bookkeeper and also has her step-grand daughter, Cheyanne Kolinac, employed as the social media manager and marketing assistant. Working with family is truly fun for all of us. We can celebrate successes together professionally while also being thrilled that your family members are happy and doing well in their careers.

Explain your role at Aerial Innovations.
I take care of the money- I do the deposits, pay the bills and send out the invoices- I also buy supplies when needed
What is most fascinating about working for Aerial Innovations?
That I get to use the computer ( I am not good at it ) and see my daughter
What about your job makes you want jump out of bed?
I love the people that work for Wendy- they make me happy
What is your favorite part about your specific role with Aerial Innovations?
When I don’t mess up and all goes well

Every one gets along and they all do their jobs really well- but they are not afraid to ask for help or help out others places when needed
What are you passionate about outside of work?
Dancing and my children

I love being around my daughter and seeing her succeed.
Cheyanne Kolinac –
Explain your role at Aerial Innovations.
I generate content on all of our social media platforms, handle design work, and work on email marketing as the marketing assistant.
What is most fascinating about working for Aerial Innovations?
The amazing images I get to work with & my awesome coworkers
What about your job makes you want jump out of bed?
I love the homey environment of the office and how well everyone gets along.
What is your favorite part about your specific role with Aerial Innovations?
I get to hear clients mention that they love our social media posts at networking events 🙂
