We provided ongoing aerial photo documentation in Chattanooga, TN for the development of this epic industry complex that makes a home such companies as Amazon, ADM Processing Facility, and the North American Volkswagen Plant. We were the eye in the sky, helping land developers and builders plot and execute their course of action. It takes a bird’s eye view to truly understand the size and scope of this project.

We worked with just about every company and organization involved in developing and constructing the Volkswagen Chattanooga Assembly Plant and the Enterprise South Nature Park. The project began with the civil engineers using the aerial images that we provided to inform the project's initial planning stages. Then our involvement shifted to working with the construction site contractors as they cleared the area and began to create an infrastructure for roads. Construction workers used the aerial construction progress photos we provided to build effective roundabouts, through roads, and highway exits - giving better access to the site.

Throughout the course of this large-scale construction project, we cooperated with the various people and companies involved. We provided land development photography to executives from Volkswagen and ADM Food Processors. Aerial photo documentation to contractors from Gray Construction, Glover Construction, D.F. Chase, MPL, and Phoenix Solar. We even collaborated with the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce to help bring this project to life.

Capturing the big picture

Since 2004, we have provided aerial photo documentation for all aspects of the multifaceted Volkswagen plant development, as well as the Enterprise South Nature Park in Chattanooga, TN. At different parts of the process, we contributed both aerial photography services and commercial ground photography. Not only has this project generated thousands of jobs over the years, but it also resulted in the Enterprise Nature Park for the entire community of Chattanooga to enjoy.  Our involvement in this endeavor has been thrilling.

the outcome

It takes a lot of cooperation to bring a construction project of this size and scope to fruition. Our aerial construction progress photography provided developers and builders with an ongoing perspective throughout the entire process. We documented every step of the way, as the landscape slowly transformed into an industrial building complex, complete with the establishment of the Enterprise South Nature Park. Now, this land provides enterprise and recreation for the entire Chattanooga community. We feel fortunate to have been involved in making this project a reality.
